Delete your WishBell account

You can delete your account and cloud data at any time. Doing it in the app is instant. ऐप में: मैं › सेटिंग्स › प्राइवेसी और सुरक्षा › मेरा अकाउंट मिटाएँ।

Option 1: delete it in the app (fastest)

  1. Open WishBell and tap Me.
  2. Go to Settings › Privacy and security.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

This removes your cloud backup, the files you uploaded and your sign-in account within seconds.

Never signed in? Then we hold no account for you. Everything is on your phone: delete the data inside the app (or uninstall the app) and it is gone.

What is deleted, and when

  • Cloud backup, account and photos: removed within seconds of deleting the account. Copies in our providers’ disaster-recovery backups are purged within the period in section 9 of the privacy policy.
  • Data on your phone (events, people, notes, Wish Memory): stays on the device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. We never had a copy unless backup was on.
  • Photo Magic results are already deleted from our servers within 24 hours, and AI art backgrounds after 30 days.
  • Kept by law: purchase records needed for accounting and tax, and a record that a deletion happened. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store; deleting your account does not cancel them, so cancel there first.

Option 2: request deletion on the web

Use this if you can’t open the app, for example after losing your phone. We will email the address below to confirm the request comes from the account owner, and only then delete the account.
